Duwancho is a microlot processed at Daye Bensa’s Gatta Farm in Shantawene Village, Sidama Bensa, Ethiopia. The coffee is sourced from smallholder producers in the adjacent Bombe Village, whose cherries are delivered to Gatta for processing. Grown at 1,920–2,020 metres, the high altitude and cool climate encourage slow cherry development, producing dense, flavour-concentrated beans.

Carefully selected ripe cherries are floated before being dried on raised African beds for 14–18 days. They are then locally hulled and transported to Addis Ababa for final sorting and grading.

This meticulous process highlights the distinctive terroir of Sidama Bensa, resulting in a clean, vibrant natural coffee with exceptional sweetness, clarity, and complexity.
