Founded in 2016, Agri Evolve emerged from a simple observation — farmers had the coffee, but lacked the facilities and fair pricing to do anything meaningful with it. What followed was a producer-first operation built on trust, training and reinvestment, now working with over 23,000 registered farmers across the 200km span of the Rwenzori Mountains.
Cherries are delivered to Agri Evolve's own processing and milling facilities, where anaerobic fermentation is carefully managed to develop and stabilise complex aromatics before export.
The result is a juicy, expressive cup — black cherry and pomegranate molasses, with a rich syrupy texture paired with a bright berry acidity.
