This coffee is grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm Villarazo which we were lucky enough to visit last year. This naturally processed microlot is 100% Caturron. This varietal is a rare mutation of Caturra that was first identifi ed in 2016 by our import partners Cofinet with the help of some growers in the region.
We love the balanced cup profile of this varietal with its juicy acidity and syrupy finish and are particularly proud to represent this versatile lot after visiting the farm ourselves last year.
