Daye Bensa is one of Ethiopia's most celebrated producers — 15 years, multiple Cup of Excellence wins, and over 1400 smallholder farmers across the Bombe mountains. Their commitment to quality is well documented, and Hamasho is one of their finest stations.

At 2300–2400 metres, Hamasho is among the highest elevation coffee stations in Ethiopia. A distinct microclimate, extreme altitude and 161 dedicated local farmers combine to produce coffee of real complexity. Cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation before being dried on raised African beds in thin layers over 16–20 days — a process that locks in clarity and amplifies the unique character of the region.

The result is a clean, expressive cup — ripe lychee, fresh blueberry and cotton candy grapes, with a sweetness that stays.
