Edinson Argote is a driven & talented producer with wide industry experience and an extensive commitment to discovering new flavour experiences.

His true passion lay in starting his own farm and making his own innovations, which he has now been able to do at the Quebraditas farm. His farm is quickly becoming known for standout lots and we feel privileged to have been able to get our hands on some from the most recent harvest.

Our import partners at Mi Cafe have told us how hard Edinson worked to innovate the fruit co-fermentation process to focus on overall balance in the cup, whilst still delivering fruity aromatics and a memorable flavour experience.

We loved Edinson's thermal shock and yeast Pink Bourbon as we found the processing added a fun tropical spin on a unique varietal.

Luz Angela Rojas grew up on a farm where she was raised amid green coffee fields and learned the value of hard work as a producer. Despite being advised into alternative careers by her family, Luz was determined to push the boundaries of the role expected of women in coffee.

Luz understands that offering a delicious cup begins in the quality of the agronomic work and the care taken at farm level. The project is entirely family run and is carried by a personal commitment to showcasing diverse varietals and flavour profiles. This motivation is driven by her love and understanding for the land and the plants themselves.
