Scott Rao's Recipe
-20g coffee medium grind
-400g water 100c
-Put filter inside the brewer and rinse
-Add grounds and shake to level
-Place shower screen on top of the brewer, put brewer on decanter & scales
-Pour 60g to bloom, gently spin to level coffee bed
-At 1min, add further 170g water, gently spin
-When water level is 1cm about coffee bed then add final 170g, spin more vigorously
-Allow water to draw down, total brew time should be around 7- 10 minutes

ALL CAPS 1-cup Recipe
-14g coffee medium-fine grind
-250g water 95c
-Put filter inside the brewer and rinse
-Add grounds and shake to level
-Place shower screen on top of the brewer, put brewer on decanter & scales
-Pour 50g to bloom, gently spin to level coffee bed
-At 45 seconds, add 200g and spin vigorously to level coffee bed
-Allow water to draw down, total brew time should be around 4-5 minutes
