Returns 


If you’d like to return your item for a refund, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the reason for return. Returns must be made within a 30 day period starting from when the order was received and the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused and in the original packaging. We will not cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods. Although we’re unable to accept returns for coffee, if you’re unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we’ll try to help you the best way possible. We will process returns within 5 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges


If you’d like to have your order exchanged, please get in touch stating your name, order number, the reason for exchange and the item (with the size if applicable) you’d like it exchanged for. Exchanges must be made within a 30 day period starting from when the order was received and the item must be in the same condition you received it. Please note that exchanges will be subject to assessment and dependent on the level of current stock. We will not cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods but will cover the shipping cost for sending out the new item.

 

Damaged goods


If the item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the condition of the item. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, refund or to discuss other viable alternatives.
